ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. OB5IDN ships worldwide. International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, and import fees.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be guaranteed for changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at info@obsidiien.com, and we will assist if possible.

Q: How does OB5IDN sizing run?
A: Our silhouettes are intentionally oversized and streetwear-inspired.

Q: What materials do you use?
A: OB5IDN garments are crafted from heavyweight cotton, custom knits, distressed denim, and treated leathers. Each piece is designed to age uniquely with wear.
Q: Will sold-out items restock?
A: Most drops are limited edition. Once sold out, they will not return. Occasionally, core essentials may be restocked. Follow our socials for updates.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Q: Can I return my order?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Final sale and limited edition items are not eligible.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: To initiate a return, email info@obsidiien.com with your order number. You’ll receive instructions and a return authorization. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Q: Can I exchange sizes?
A: Yes, exchanges are possible while stock lasts. If your preferred size is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund depending on the situation.
Q: How do refunds work?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
